Unstable tea set

The task of designing tableware inspired by a place gave me the opportunity to go for a sunny autumn stroll that lead to places such as a cafe decorated with naked mannequins, dolls and taxidermy, a high rock overlooking an amusement park, a playhouse by a beautiful bay and a cemetery opposite an old mental hospital.

I choose the playhouse as my main inspiration but kept the narrative that emerged from connecting those places together. The boundaries of reality and play inspired a tea set composed of childish yet unsettling objects with a fragile sense of balance.
